Interview
It started with a phone and email screen with recruiter
had screening questionnaire about basic experience, salary range, benefits etc
followed by teams call with technical questions related to docker, modularity
Simple and just general coding questions. Prepare knowledge of Java and PL/SQL. Understanding of Agile and Scrum. Understanding how to create Jar and Wars. Using TortoiseSVN. Security questions. General coding and developer questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Leidos (Melbourne)
Interview
Technical interview was hard but fair. All was well until we got into the HR questions. HR and psychometric interview questions straight out of ChatGPT. Some not relevant at all.
There was one round with the hiring manager and developers on the team. Questions were asked on the microsoft stack - Angular and .NET. The questions were mostly based on my resume.
