Interview
The interview process was demanding, but it was also rewarding. I participated in three rounds of interviews that evaluated my technical skills and interpersonal abilities. The company's emphasis on people was evident, and my meeting with CEO Mark Stoleson was particularly memorable. The entire process was well-structured and focused, reflecting the company's specific needs for the position

Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Legatum (Dubai) in Jan 2017
Interview
Role has been around for sometime, but no one seems to get past the HR interview. My instinct tells me she has seen plenty of perfect candidates for the role but maybe not for the "Sloan Square" culture they seem to be looking for. She has got it wrong before so and I guess that did't go down well with the CEO and she is now worried about getting it wrong again. Hence why they seem to looking both locally and to the UK for candidates.
