      I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Legal & General (Birmingham, England) in Oct 2024

      Interview

      Very chilled and relaxed. Team are friendly and are transparent. Interview starts with a 30 min intro to the interview process discussing what they offer and a bit about the company. After that the interview and written assessment are done together and then around 8 candidates are in the group assessment. I was emailed by the Talent Acquisition Team a few hours after applying online where we arrived a phone interview for 10/15 mins. Then I was invited to a face to face interview where I would have a 1:1 interview, group assessment and written assessment. I was offered a job the next day. So whole process is around 4 stages taking place within 1 week.
