Had an initial prescreen that was about 10 minutes where they mainly just got a feel for who I was and why I was looking for the position. Then received a phone interview that was about 20 minutes long with more specific questions geared towards my personality and previous work experience. I spoke with the same person both times on the phone and they were very friendly. I then came in to the office for an in-person interview. I was interviewed by 3 people who I would be working closely with. They were very friendly and immediately made jokes to cut the tension and make me more comfortable.
