3+ interviews, teams screening, phone call, then on-site for 2+ hours with two rounds of roundtable discussion. After 3rd interview, bait and switch attempt. Good people on-site but surprised they offered 25% less salary and a different title unofficially after a solid 3rd interview. 4th interview politely declined. Make sure it's clear what you're interviewing for.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lease Crutcher Lewis
Interview
It was a lengthy process but the interview team were all insightful to meet with. They value their culture a lot which is the reasoning for the rounds of interviews. Unfortunately, I received an offer and withdrew from candidacy.
