Interview
After an initial interview with recruiting there is a key interview with the respective team leads where a case study needs to be presented. Afterwards there are some more shorter talks with management and the team.

Very well organized process, professional recruiter. The process took only a few weeks from start to offer. Interviewers were well prepared and happy to address any questions. The interview task was provided with well defined expectations.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LeanIX (Brisbane) in May 2023
Interview
Only got to phone screen stage. If I proceeded there was going to be a call with the HM then key interviews and a technical assessment. I received an automated email a few days later saying they decided to pursue other candidates who meet more closely our requirements and needs at this time. The role was then re-listed which seems somewhat common.
