Starts with a bizarre online application where you have to say certain words at the beginning and end of a 60 second or less video and play Mozart in the background. This seems designed to be demeaning to people, mostly women, who do virtual assistant work. I get it that companies want to know that you are making an effort and paying attention to details but this felt demeaning and in the end I decided not to work for them.
