It is a very difficult process and I am not sure if I will get through it but I am trying. I want to be able to fulfill the interview process but I am not sure.

I was ghosted by this employer after they reached out to me for an interview request. I applied for Spanish Interpreter on November 26th, 2024. For this position, they required a virtual assessment of my language skills in both English and Spanish. The timed assessment consists of questions that gauge your listening skills as well as prompts that test your communications skills. Some questions will be virtual recordings where you'll be on video answering prompts. I completed them on November 29th. On December 17th, a LanguageLine recruiter from Costa Rica reached out to me to set up an interview and to provide three convenient days and times to set it up. I replied to her the next day with those times, but it's been over a week now and I have not received confirmation, so I assume this employer has ghosted me.
