I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Language Studies International (Berkeley, CA)
Interview
I sent my cover letter and resume in, and got a response very quickly. The interview was very brief and not very challenging. Before coming in for the interview I was told to prepare a mock lesson as a part of the interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Language Studies International (New York, NY) in May 2015
Interview
Talked with one of the Language Studies International administrators, Lucy. She asked for my background in teaching and all that I had at the time was a semester of being a teaching assistant at Binghamton University. However, I was confident I would be able to do the job and they accepted me for the position, as well as took me on to be the Social Media Coordinator to help grow the organization's presence on the internet.
