I had two virtual interviews with the hiring manager and another associate. A red flag was that the associates had to schedule interviews themselves. I asked if I should have an HR contact, and the hiring manager said they would put me in contact, but I never heard anything. Two weeks later, I reached out to the hiring manager to provide an update, but was told the job was filled. Not a positive experience.

Interview
The interview process was a little lengthy due to having an in person interview with the store manager of the location as well as phone call interviews with both a SM of another location and the DM, but all of the interviews were relatively easy and actually made me feel more secure in the questions they were asking because it showed the standard they wanted their employees to meet.
Pretty straightforward forward. They ask about merchandising and business acumen. Customer service is a big part of the company. Just stay upbeat and have energy to make a good impression.
