There was a test before interview. Easy. After go through the Hr, a manager will give you a test. If you pass, you will continue to have an interview with accounting manager.

Phone interview with HR. Then asked to come in for in-person interview. Took accounting test for make sure you know debits and credits. Then interviewed with Controller and VP of Accounting. Pretty relaxed. Mainly explained expectations of position

Interview
There was a short phone interview which we discussed my resume, the jobs they were hiring for, and a general description of what hours were expected. We ended the conversation by setting an appointment for a face to face interview. There was one short face to face with the HR dept, the same person that I did the phone interview with. Next, a short test to show general knowledge of Accounting. Then 2 one on one interviews with other accountants which we discussed the details of the job they were hiring for. The last one on one interview was very short. At all levels of the interview process everyone was very friendly.
