Interview process was smooth. They are reportedly looking to make me meet with almost head of every department. Most of them was not aware of the exact reporting structure of the profile they were interviewing me for. Though most of them were keen to have an insight of the experience I have..which was understandable. Somehow the environment was very desi..and laid back...almost beurocratic. Most if the people I saw were just passing time as if looking to finish the hours. The reception habdling was pathetic..the staff deployed at the reception was even more pathetic. The so called "heads" who met me...looked bored..slow..uninterested...and by all means lacked the persona of sr level person. Got such negative vibes from the place right at the reception..I would have never joined this organization..would have made me sick.One specific person some VP of something..even lacked basic courtesy...asked the most absurd, irrelevant questions. Since I decided not to join there anyway..I gave abrupt replies...just to get over with interaction.
Not interested in this company..its counter productive for professional health.
