I applied through college and got the interview on campus. I was interviewed by two R&D people and the whole process was conversational. They started off by introducing themselves and the position. Then they walked through my resume with me followed by a few behavioral questions. They highly valued candidates' teamwork skills and asked me a few questions about it. In the end they answered some questions from me.

Applied to the job through a contact from my University. Was interviewed on the phone by HR- general questions. Came in for an interview to teh company. Technical Director interviewed me first alone- asked general questions like- why do you want this job? Skill set? etc. This was followed by a group interview with the R&D team, who asked me few simple technical questions- mostly to gauge what softwares I had used previously. Then some behavioural questions followed. All the interviewers were very pleasant and friendly.
