Had a first intro interview with recruiter that lasted only about 20-30 min. Mostly telling about myself and my interest in Lanco. Second interview was an hour long. Three different people asked me questions. Questions were a lot about how you think in certain situations. So a lot of experience and behavioral questions. People were nice to talk to.
