Interview
The CEO utilizes LinkedIn to scout talent. Once a candidate shows interests in the company and position open, there will be one information interview to get a feeling for the candidate. If you successfully complete this phase the CEO will explain how an employee will operate in the work environment, receive promotions, and what is expected in terms of continued education.
