I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lam Research (Fremont, CA) in Sep 2021
Interview
This was a phone screen interview. The interviewer was kind and attempted to make me feel less nervous by reassuring me that the interview was going along great and was patient and listened to my answers very carefully.

Question 1
Can you tell me what would you do if you have a passive and slow-progress collaborator?
Did not get the offer. In person interview. Did a presentation for an hour with about 30-40 people in the audience (online and in-person). Questions were about problem solving and coursework applicability. Overall a good experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Coursework applicability to real world systems, and problem solving ability.
I had an onsite. The group that interviewed me seemed very unfriendly and unwelcoming from the very start of the interview. In prior interview experiences, I have felt like the interviewers were always very warm even if the job ended up not being a match. Based on this interaction, I would not have wanted to work on this team.
