had an interview with a recruiting agency for a few minutes and asked me about my educational background and experiences. then after that after a few days ,almost 5 days after I got a call from the agency to be scheduled for an in person interview at the company site

Interview
Manager and Supervisor was there and they were both very cool guys. Interview lasted around an hour but we could've talked for longer. They were very helpful and informative in terms of company policy and procedures.
