Interview
I received a call about 3 weeks after applying to interview, offered the job the same day. Relatively standard interview process. I was interviewed by two Directors of Special Ed and the lead Speech Language Pathologist. Everyone was very friendly throughout the process.

Tell me about yourself, why do you want to work for lakota, what types of language disorders are you comfortable working with, explain your assessment process, etc. Pretty typical questions, nothing was a surprise.
