The interviewer was nice and understanding impression but was a bit held back when asked if I know the chairman in personal level twice. Does not seem to be a valid consideration for an applicant as it should not be based on relationship. Then giving impression that you have high chance to get the offer and ask you to memorise the organisation mission statement and etc. Then got ghosted, have to call back after 1 month after my follow up email was not replied and being told they need more time and I am still under consideration. At the end got ghosted again, I had rejected other opportunities for this. If the candidate not suitable please be forward and not waste time. Thank you.
