Weird email saying that I was scheduled for an interview at a specific date and time BUT if it doesn't work with my schedule I can email back. I did but then it took a few days for them to reply and I thought I lost the interview. Interview was with 2 people, one being the HR Director. After that they made their selection (they said 1 week for a decision but it was almost 2 weeks). They did not pick me but they did send a personalized rejection email.

It was easy to be transparent and was given the opportunity to ask questions. There were two people on the call and both had questions relevant to the position. I believe the interviewers are department based.

Interview
Three interviews: 1) Phone interview, 2) In-person interview with a hiring committee, and 3) a performance-based interview. I would say that the interview process was very easy and straightforward,; however, I possessed a unique combination of specialized knowledge and experience that made me highly qualified for the position.
