Interview
It was an online interview. Very straightforward process and went over cultural fit. Would recommend being familiar with company values and a sales pitch before the interview. Being observant and having detailed answers is recommended.

What was a time you had to handle a difficult customer interaction.
Very easy. You first begin with a video interview through HireVue, and then after that get called in for an in-person interview with two people from HR. I would say the entire process takes at least a month or so. However, now being that most branches are short-staffed and they are doing on-site interviews, the process might be a lot shorter.

Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward. You begin with a video interview in which the first couple questions give you two attempts to complete and are nothing terribly challenging. Then about midway through, you are only given one submission per question so keep that in mind. As for the interview that follows the initial screening, I met with two individuals from LMCU and it was what you would expect from a retail/customer service job. Plenty of questions surrounding how you would handle certain situations and just some questioning about your prior work experience and how it ties into this position.
