I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ladgov Corporation in Sep 2024
Interview
Overall a very weird experience. Someone called me up out of the blue and started asking me questions regarding my fit for the role. She then followed up by email, including some back and forth confusing over needing my degree instead of my resume or transcript. She didn't respond to my email for multiple weeks and then asked for a letter verifying my continued interest in the role. I was already feeling a little off about the company because their mission isn't super clear, but a phone call with the recruiter put me at ease and I sent the letter. I then got a phone call from a different recruiter that seems to work for a different government contractor about this same role as the next step, but I found it weird there wasn't any warning that my contact was being changed. He then followed up by email, and I checked out this second contractor's website before reaching out. Their website, Viakorp, is so unprofessional I decided to forgo this entire experience and stop pursuing the role. I'm not interested in working with companies that can't communicate properly or have a clear website in today's day and age.
