Overall it was a great and transparent process. I've two steps: - Technical interview with technical manager - Team cultural interview Both interview were led in very personal way, I always felt appreciated and paid attention to. I got to answer their question and ask mine. Technical question were focused around my problem solving skills, I've been given several problems/situations and was request to express my thought process on how to solve the problem. Team interview was very warm and welcoming. I had an opportunity to speak with my future teammates, get to know them, ask some questions about company and have just a normal informal chat Also in a meantime between I was supported by their HR team, members of which were very helpful and speedy with the responses It was very positive experience, I wish more employer were this open, transparent and invested in the hiring process.
