Two calls with members of the London team, who were both very enthusiastic and friendly. However, quite an off putting email correspondence with a HR member from the US team, for reasons like time difference and a general disconnect from the process. The emails from HR were very generic and unpersonal. I had to follow up TWICE by email after final interview and then finally received an unpersonalised thank you for your application, with no feedback after time invested. Very unmotivating and off putting for an enthusiastic candidate who is a fan of the company, especially in these difficult job seeking times.
