Eight rounds of interviews over three months for a first line manager. Varied between one on one, panel, technical and non-technical but was fairly easy. Biggest issue was how long it took and the wait. No reason to drag the process out like they do. For a company trying to hire the best, they sure don't act like they're in a rush.
