I was contacted quickly after applying through glassdoor initially by a Sr. Recruiter with LPL for a brief phone interview. A second phone interview was then set up with the hiring manager for this position mainly on background, but we were able to spend some time discussing the position and interview questions related to my qualifications. In person interviews were then set up with the hiring manager, and skype interviews with the two other team members for this position who work in the South Carolina location. I was able to spend about an our interviewing with each team member. All and all everything went great and it was a rewarding experience.
