First round technical interview asked about background and experience then an easy level leet code question.
The next interview was on site with an executive of the company. Common behavioral and "tell me about yourself" type questions.
Overall interview experience was good except for the following:
1. 2nd interviewer dodged questions about the size of the development team.
2. Job post listed the job as Contract, Full Time, Part Time... and everything else under the sun. I don't think they know what they're doing or looking for.
3. Interviewer said I would be passed onto the final round of interviews and then ghosted. Ghosting candidates at the final stage is a red flag to look out for.
Low pay on site position with an understaffed company that does not seem to know what they're doing or respect their candidates enough to send an update email at the final interview stage.
