I had 3 interviews in total. First I was nominated for the position of Development Manager so I did an HR interview then a technical interview for that position. Both interviews were one-on-one. After a week I was called again for an interview for the position of Senior Solution Developer, and this was a panel interview of 2 interviewers: the Department Manager and an existing Development Manager
