I was recruited by an in-house recruiter for LHC Group through LinkedIn. I interviewed over the phone with the recruiter and then I was asked to interview with the Branch Manager. The interview was laid back, and not to difficult. Typical questions about my work history, strengths and weaknesses. I then interviewed with the Regional Manger over the phone and also the National Manager. I was offered a position after that.
