Fastest response I ever get from any company. I submitted CV on a Tuesday, and had my interview on Wednesday. First round was with HR, nothing special. Second round was case interview - very tough. Did not get through but interviewer shared a lot about his job.

Interview
Brief introduction followed by case interview using code to solve the problem. The interview is very challenging because it involves solving a case interview using an imaginery data set and "verbally coding" to the interviewer. Interviewer was friendly and helpful when I got stuck midway. The case interview was split into 2 parts roughly, first part focused on structuring the problem and coding syntax. The second part required a bit of creativity to solve the case beyond just the code.
At the end, interviewer was willing to provide feedback and areas for improvement.

What is the main language that I code in and which IDE do I use and why.
The work environment at the company was notably unorganized, creating confusion and inefficiencies. The team seemed unmotivated, affecting overall productivity. Management's dogmatic approach hindered creativity and adaptability. Unfortunately, there were limited growth opportunities available within the organization.
