It was a good experience. There was a phone interview and zoom interview before the in person. Everyone was nice but they never called me back. The only downside is that they should communicate with people especially after in person interviews.

This was the first time I have EVER been involved in a 3+ hour interview. I met multiple people and was given a thorough tour of the facilities - only to never hear from them again.

They were very concerned with the younger people joining the company having a different work ethic than what they needed to successfully operate, so we spoke in depth about how to communicate with different employees.

Interview included what I would call a public 'examination' by the COO. Background check was filled out but never taken. Met in a small conference room that had bandages on the floor. Weird corporate office with corporate office scheduling to be considered an lgbt center. parking was ample tho
