It was a longer process, it took me 2 weeks to hear back from them after my first interview. When I moved onto the second round, I never received an answer as to if it was an offer or decline even after I followed up. It's pretty bad to interview to be a Recruiter and then get ghosted by Recruiters. Especially when you mention how important that candidate experience is and the interviewers agree.
