LEAF Commercial Capital interview questions

The interview was 15 minutes long max. It was very brief, seemed like they just wanted to fill the position. Barely asked any behavioral questions, more so just when I could start.

My recruiter was very nice, and I had encountered good recruiters in my previous interview process with M&T Bank. The interviewers for this position were not engaged, staring at their phones, laughing audibly at my responses discussing my experience, and their audio barely worked. The interview felt like a prank.
