I applied online. I interviewed at LBC Credit Partners (Philadelphia, PA) in May 2023
Interview
Two rounds. One with a recruiter and the others with managers. The interview itself was easy, it is more about your experiences than technical questions. One of the manager asked if I take any cloud classes during my unemployed time, and give me a negative reaction once I said no. Don't expect them to follow up if you get the job or not though. I emailed the recruiter on the process after a week and a half not hearing anything, and she ignored my email. The next week I found them repost the job again on Linkedin. The last job post got 100+ applicants, if you cannot find one qualified person out of 100+ application, it seem like the company itself have issues not the people that applied. I think I dodged a bullet.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. During your unemployed time, did you take any cloud classes? 2. What was a challenge you faced in your old job, and how did you resolved it.
A few rounds of zoom interviews with team members, then a case study. Minimal technicals outside of the case study, mostly fit questions focused on team and location. Overall not a difficult process if you understand the industry and firm.
