Quick and easy first interview. The recruiter called me and explained to me the entire process of the interview and how the second interview would be a group interview. It lasted about 15 minutes and was very painless.

I applied online and got contacted by a recruiter. The first interview was a short screening call about my background and interest in the role. Then I had a second interview with a manager focusing on sales experience and communication. They explained the job and next steps.

Its very interesting and transparent method company follows and comes up with an instant offer within 24hour. This is entirely a different experience for the people who might perceive it as a conventional way.
