Received email from recruiter to set up an 1 on 1 with a manager. Followed up by a panel interview of 5 people. 30 minutes with each person with the first being HR to learn more about the company.
Interview is pretty straight forward basically havin a conversation about your resume.
After interview emailed recruiter to get feedback. Was told they were finishing their process that week. Then got ghosted.

3 stages, first was a recruiter call, then a call with the hiring manager, then an on-site interview with a panel of engineers across all disciplines. It was a good opportunity to present capabilities.
First there was a phone screen with three manager. Then in person interview on location. Met with several peers and managers. Fairly relaxed environment. Definitely interested in finding out my skill set and how is work at the company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at L3Harris (Waco, TX) in Dec 2022
Interview
The interview was with a manager and team lead. The manager gave a pretty good description of the type of work the group does and some upcoming projects. The team lead asked about my engineering experience.
