I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at L3Harris (Waco, TX) in Oct 2019
Interview
I first had a phone interview where we discussed my resume and what things I had learned in my university program. They then had me on site for a tour and another interview, this time focused on why I wanted to work there, my soft skills and motivations, and a brief review of my transcript. Afterwards they took me to lunch. It mostly seemed like they were looking for a personality fit after the phone interview.
Asked behavioral questions for 30 minutes or so. Then asked basic technical questions including circuits, diodes, and logic gates. Honestly the questions were super basic and some of them were hard because I hadn't thought about the concepts in a long time.
I was interviewed by 3 engineers from the team that I eventually would be working with. I spoke to each person individually, one after the other. This was an online interview.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at L3Harris (Fort Wayne, IN) in Aug 2023
Interview
It was a career fair style interview process and was well coordinated to get a lot of people through the interview process. I interviewed for an Electrical Engineering position but found out at the interview it was for analog and not digital.
