I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Athens, Athens, Attica) in Feb 2015
Interview
I started first with an interview with the HR Manager, which was mostly questions based on my CV about my previous experience and some questions about the brand I was applying to. The next interview was with the product manager and was based on the brand and tasks about the specific position, which in my case had to do with digital marketing. The third one and most difficult one was with the marketing director and questions were about previous experiences and there where also some behavioral questions. If you go to th enext one means that they have already accepted you, so you are going to meet the general director of your department.
Interviews for summer internships from the Brandstorm competition will ask you a lot about your background and key points on your resume and how you would be able to incorporate that into L’Oreal.
hard, difficult case study and interview, do research on the role. important to project confidence and show passion, and you should be able to talk about what you have learnt from past internships or projects
