I submitted an online application, and received an invitation to a telephone interview with HR to discuss my CV. As I presumed this would just be based on previous work history, I didn't really prepare any answers based on specific L'Oreal brands, as I presumed that this would be covered if I progressed to a later interview (i.e. by a Marketing/Brand interviewer, not HR), but was asked Marketing specific questions, so I would definitely recommend to properly prepare as if you were expecting a full interview - really get to know the L'Oreal brands!

Interview
J'ai passé trois entretiens au total, de difficulté assez élevée. Un premier entretien avec une chargé de Ressources Humaines par téléphone suivi de deux entretiens avec différents managers. Il y a aussi un test de logique et de personnalité. Le processus a duré environ deux semaines. Les managers semblent compétents et savoir ce qu'ils font. Très bon ressenti sur l'entreprise et les différents collaborateurs rencontrés. Il s'agissait pour moi d'un premier entretien pour me remettre dans le bain et réapprendre à postuler. Celui-ci ne fut pas concluant mais m'a permis de progresser.
