I first talked personally to the HR through a Career Fair, then was contacted for an interview with the 2 project managers. The whole process took a month and a half, I received the offer 2 weeks before the start.

Questions based on motivation to join the company, personal questions about my temper (qualities and flaws), past experience. I was also asked technical questions concerning the interpretation of sell-out data. I was shown an advertisement and had to say who was the target of the advertisement, and how I would have handled a campaign if I had had an illimited budget.
