4 main step: 1) first contact with HR recruiter, 2) interview with Controlling director, 3) interview with HR director, 4) interview with CFO Each interview followed more or less the same structure and involved similar topics. I got to introduce myself and describe my employment history. The interviewer did the same, talking about himself/ herself and his/her career path. He/She described L'Oréal, how it is organised, its "philosophy" in terms of people management. I was asked the reason why I was thinking about changing company, what I liked about my company and about L'Oréal. The HR interviews were more focused on my soft skills, values and aspirations. The interviews with the Controlling director and the CFO included more technical questions.
