First you upload your resume (if you want you can send your CV too), I believe after a month or two, they send you an email to let you upload a video on youtube in English, to express how beauty has changed your life. And then goes to group discussion and PT Interview. Then you go to 3:3 interview and then 1:1.

brandstorm is tough but tbh doesn’t rlly play a part in if u get hired or not. u just have to participate to get ur resume viewed. However generally just be chirpy, show ur proactive and excited to learn and you’ll be in! they also value caring abt the product and love for loreal a lot
