      CRM Coordinator for Matrix Interview

      Oct 16, 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at L'Oréal (New York, NY) in Oct 2015

      Interview

Pretty easy and straightforward. I had to meet with 2 people. The male was nice, the female was really fake, rushed things, uptight. Normal interview. The strange part is that both of them said the complete opposite things. A word of advice, don't waste someone's time if you say in person you're not looking for someone who has a ton of experience and then send an e-mail saying you're looking for someone who has more experience. Why bring in someone in the first place to go through an hour and a half interview when two people are saying the complete opposite things from each other?
