First whole day assessment center in the German headquarter with 2x 12 people, only 4 would be hired they told us. Competitive atmosphere.
Round table discussions in English, case study and everyone had to defend his case,
PowerPoint presentation about a LOREAL product and new market opportunities, chose a symbol and introduce yourself using the symbol...
Then phone interview with marketing director. Great personality!

Very long. Too many rounds. Telephone interview then four face to face interviews. Kept waiting weeks for replies. Communication wasn’t great. Very stressful and long. Have to jump through hoops to then be declined.

2nd round - written test (numerical skills) + group session (self-introduction & case discussion and presentation)
3rd round - one-to-one interview with HR representative (didn't go through this round)
4th round - (supposedly) interview with HR director
5th round - (supposedly) final panel interview
