The process took 1 day. I interviewed at L Brands in Jun 2011
Interview
Behavioral Interview questions, some read the questions off a piece of paper, very scripted.
Schedule of interviewers changed a bit from the agenda. The interviews lasted almost 6 hours. Met with several different levels. Nice people but nobody offered me a drink of water the whole day and they each had a copy of my interview agenda. At the end, my interest in the company was decreased.

Question 1
What was a problem you have had in a group and how have you overcome it?
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at L Brands (Pickerington, OH) in Jan 2019
Interview
HR reached out via email, phone interview went fine and in-person interviews were scheduled quickly. Went through the interview process and was told to expect to hear back within 3 days. Then they ghosted me. I am sure I could have done better, but would have appreciated the courtesy of a phone call or email. Poor form.
