Interview
Easy, asks general server questions. Experience is not really needed, but more of testing your personality and how it can be applied to the customers. Overall smooth sailing and would recommend for first job.
Asked basic questions and availability. Manager was very friendly and gave good vibes. Did interview at an empty table during slow hours. Interview lasted around 30 minutes or so. May vary in other locations.
The interview process was quick and straightforward. They asked about me about myself, prior experience, availability, and the earliest date I could start. It felt like a conversation and less of a formal interview.
