- Intial telephone interview to organise in person interview - Filling out form at the centre with questions testing your understanding of Kumon and also checking your availability - Completing basic maths test ( factorising, pythagoras and solving quads) - Completing a trial session - marking student worksheets and helping them with difficult questions - During the trial session the managers were extremely passive aggressive and there was a real lack of communication. I also disliked the way the children were talked to by them. Much of the trial consisted of marking worksheets.

Maths and English test followed by group tasks. you observe a video and they asked questions about how the children learn and what approach would work best for that child.
