Interview
In person interview, easy and casual. Interviewer was friendly and talked a bit about the job and themselves before asking questions. I dressed casual-smart which was not an issue. Interview time did not take long - roughly 30 minutes.
Maths and English test followed by group tasks. you observe a video and they asked questions about how the children learn and what approach would work best for that child.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Kumon (Toronto, ON)
Interview
They asked me a few questions on any job experience, math and english skills. During the interview, they asked me how to pronounce sets of letters to gauge my english profiency. Also, they asked me one math question which involved multiplication to see how quick I could answer.
