I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kroll in Sep 2015
Interview
Had a phone interview with a director from the company. It was fairly casual, and involved a lot of dialogue, as opposed to a strict Q&A format. The questions weren't really analytical, but instead mostly about my previous work background and why I specifically wanted to work for Duff & Phelps.

Question 1
What attracted you most to this company as opposed to others?
a first screening phone call to talk about previous experience and then two rounds of Behavorials questions plus a few technical questions of the valuation process and general real estate knowledge
I applied through university. I interviewed at Kroll (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2020
Interview
Very simple process. Interviews are very behavioral based. Seems like they were mostly trying to judge fit over skill. Received offer around a week after interviewing. Smooth process overall and fast moving.
Phone interview, panel interview and 1:1 with hiring manager. Very few technical questions, mostly on previous experience and social involvement. In person interview and panel took about 3 hours. Received an offer a few days later.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Interested mostly in how you fit into the company culture and your educational background. Less technical and more weighted on personality.
