Thorough interviews on valuation methods and cash flows. Managing directors seem to be involved with interview process hands on and was overall a pleasant interview experience. Knowing way around financial statements also important.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kroll (London, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
Hirevue. They asked about valuation processes (such as DCF, balance sheet) and why Kroll. They were both technical and situational. Had a break in the middle, 6 questions. First three were the general questions.

Question 1
Tell us about different valuation processes. Why Kroll? How do you achieve goals?
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kroll (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
Applied through on-campus recruiting. Asked to interview two days later, which was a bit rushed, but I practiced basic behavioral questions and brushed up on technical financial questions, and it was plenty. The interviewer gave me a rundown of the interview: resume rundown, behavioral/technical, my questions for him. (in that order). Haven't received notification from this interview yet. Still awaiting a response from interviewer.
gave a scenario and asked me whether or not it was appropriate to perform a DCF analysis (intrinsic value) or use relative multiples. the follow-up was how we know which revenue multiple to use.
